摘要
目的:探究穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩在骨科手术后便秘患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年5月~2019年11月在我院行骨科手术治疗的患者80例,采用区组随机化法分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩干预。比较两组便秘改善情况及首次排便时间、排便间隔时间及每次排便时间;比较两组48h、72h排便次数及矢气次数;比较两组干预前后Wexner便秘评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果:观察组便秘改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组48h、72h排便次数及矢气次数均多于对照组,首次排便时间、排便间隔时间及每次排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预1d后及干预5d后的Wexner评分及SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,干预后躯体不适、心理社会不适、担心焦虑及满意度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科手术后便秘患者给予穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩干预,可促进排便、排气,减轻便秘严重程度,并能缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高生活质量.
Objective:To explore the application value of acupoint application combined with abdominal massage in nursing of constipation patients after orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in the hospital from May 2019 to November 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into an observation group and a controlled group by block randomization method.The controlled group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given acupoint application combined with abdominal massage intervention on the basis of the controlled group.The constipation improvement,the first defecation time,defecation interval,defecation duration each time,times of defecation and flatus at 48 h and 72 h after intervention,scores of Wexner constipation,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Quality of Life Scale for Constipation(PAC-QOL)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The constipation improvement in the observation group was better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The times of defecation and flatus at 48 h and 72 h after intervention in the observation group were more than those in the controlled group,while the first defecation time,defecation interval and defecation duration each time were shorter than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).At 1 d and 5 d after intervention,scores of Wexner,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group,scores of physical discomfort,psychosocial discomfort,anxiety and satisfaction after intervention were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application combined with abdominal massage intervention in constipation patients after orthopedic surgery can promote defecation and exhaust,alleviate constipation severity and anxiety,and improve their quality of life.
