摘要
目的分析1965年至2015年中国42起医用高压氧舱(以下简称氧舱)事故的基本情况,探讨如何进一步规范化安全管理氧舱,以提高氧舱使用的安全性。方法主要通过检索文献和网络搜索两种方法回顾性分析医用高压氧舱事故,统计事故相关资料,分析氧舱事故原因,探讨氧舱安全管理的内容。结果据不完全统计,中国1965年至2015年期间,氧舱事故共42起,共造成82人死亡、11人受伤。42起事故中,由设备问题引起的占14.3%,因违章失职造成的占66.7%,不明原因的占19.0%。结论中国氧舱事故多发,并且在氧舱事故中,违章失职占大多数,设备问题较少。因此医疗机构必须完善氧舱安全管理制度,提高设备使用的安全性,减少风险事件的发生,保证医疗质量的水平。
【Objective】To analyze the basic situation of 42 medical high-pressure oxygen chambers(hereinafter referred to as"oxygen chambers")accidents in China from 1965 to 2015,and discuss how to further standardize the safety management of oxygen cabins to improve the safety of the use of oxygen chambers.【Methods】The medical hyperbaric oxygen chambers accident was analyzed retrospectively through three methods of literature retrieval,HowNet search and news report,the relevant data of the accident was counted,the cause of the oxygen chambers accident was analyzed,and the content of oxygen chambers safety management was discussed.【Results】According to incomplete statistics,there were 42 oxygen chambers accidents in China from 1965 to 2015,resulting in 82 deaths and 11 injuries.Of the 42 accidents,14.3% were caused by equipment problems,66.7% were due to violations of regulations,19.0% were unexplained.【Conclusion】There are many oxygen tank accidents in China,and in the oxygen tank accidents,violations and dereliction of duty account for the majority,and there are fewer equipment problems.Therefore,medical institutions must improve the oxygen chambers safety management system,improve the safety of equipment use,reduce the occurrence of risk events,and ensure the level of medical quality.
