摘要
铁矿烧结和球团工序是我国重要的二噁英(PCDD/Fs)污染物排放工业源之一。本文通过检测某钢铁厂烧结和球团工序排放废气及周边环境空气中的PCDD/Fs,分析其污染特征,评估其对周边人群的健康风险。结果表明:烧结工序排放烟气中PCDD/Fs质量浓度高于球团工序,但两者排放的PCDD/Fs质量浓度均高于行业标准排放限值。初步推断两种工序均属于典型的高温热过程,生成机理以从头合成为主。基于同类物分布占比对比分析,可推断钢铁厂污染源可能为周边环境空气中PCDD/Fs的主要来源之一。周边区域的成人和儿童对PCDD/Fs的潜在呼吸暴露剂量估算值均低于WHO推荐的每日最大容许摄入量4.0 pg TEQ/(kg·d),均超过每日最大暴露量的1%,厂区内儿童日暴露量贡献率超5%,空气污染对儿童健康影响应引起更多重视。
Iron ore sintering and pelletizing processes are one of the important industrial sources of PCDD/Fs emission in China.The PCDD/Fs in the flue gas emitted from the sintering and pelletizing processes and the air of surroundings of an iron and steel plant are detected to analyze its pollution characteristics and to evaluate the health risks it brings to the surrounding population.The results show that the mass concentration of PCDD/Fs in the flue gas emitted from the sintering process is higher than that in the pelletizing process,but both mass concentrations of PCDD/Fs are higher than the industry standard emission limit.It is preliminarily inferred that the two processes are typical high-temperature thermal processes,and the majority of the formation mechanism in the sintering process is Denovo synthesis.Based on the contrastive analysis of the content distribution ratio of similar substances,it is concluded that the pollution source of the steel plant may be one of the main sources of PCDD/Fs in the air of surroundings.The estimates of the potential respiratory exposure dose of PCDD/Fs for both adults and children in the surrounding area are lower than the maximum allowable daily intake of PCDD/Fs of 4.0 pg TEQ/(kg·d)recommended by WHO,which exceeds 1%of the maximum daily exposed quantity,and the contribution rate of the daily exposed quantity of children in the factory area exceeds 5%,therefore more attention should be paid to the impact of air pollution on children’s health.
