摘要
目的:探讨气囊导尿管在妇科患者灌肠中的应用效果。方法:搜集2018年5月~2020年1月在本院行气囊导尿管灌肠的60例妇科患者作为观察组,同期行常规灌肠的57例患者作为对照组,对比两组患者灌肠次数、相关不良反应及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者灌肠次数(3.1±0.94)次显著少于对照组灌肠次数(4.83±1.24)次,P<0.05;患者灌肠不良反应发生率6.7%(4/60)显著低于对照组24.6%(14/57),患者满意度91.7%(55/60)显著高于对照组73.7%(42/57),P<0.05。结论:妇科患者灌肠中应用气囊导尿管对比常规灌肠方式可减少灌肠次数,腹痛等不良反应发生减少,患者满意度提高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of balloon catheter in enema of gynecological patients.Methods:From May 2018 to January 2020,60 gynecological patients who underwent balloon catheter enema in our hospital were collected as the observation group and 57 patients who underwent routine enema as the control group.The number of enemas,related adverse reactions and patients’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of enemas in the observation group(3.1±0.94)was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.83±1.24),P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.7%(4/60),which was significantly lower than that of 24.6%(14/57)in the control group.91.7%(55/60)of patients’satisfaction was significantly higher than 73.7%(42/57)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional enema,the application of balloon catheter in enema of gynecological patients can reduce the number of enemas,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as abdominal pain,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
