摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是最常见的妇科内分泌疾病之一,临床表现为月经失调、不孕、多毛、肥胖和黑棘皮征等。目前,中西医对本病的研究皆取得较大进展,但诊疗方案仍存在争议。文章通过检索中国知网、万方及维普等数据库2016年1月至2020年1月关于多囊卵巢综合征的中西医研究文献,对PCOS的中西医病因病机、诊断和治疗方面进行综述,以期为本病的临床治疗和研究提供参考。
Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most common endocrine diseases in gynecology.The clinical manifestations are menstrual disorder,infertility,hirsutism,obesity,acanosis nigricans and so on.At present,both Chinese and western medicine have made great progress in the study of this disease,but the diagnosis and treatment scheme is still controversial.This paper reviews and combs the literature of traditional Chinese and western medicine research on polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2016 to January 2020 in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.This paper reviews the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of PCOS in Chinese and Western medicine to provide reference for the clinical treatment and research of PCOS.
