摘要
井下动力钻具进行水平井、大斜度井滑动钻井过程中,遇到最大的难题是钻具在井下摩阻很大,严重制约钻井周期,增加钻井成本,甚至还可能造成卡钻等事故,造成严重的后果。水力振荡器是通过自身产生的轴向振动来提高钻进过程中钻压传递的有效性,并减少底部钻具与井眼之间的摩擦阻力,可以应用在各种钻进模式中来提高机械钻速。岩屑床破坏器可以将搅拌岩屑床沉积的岩屑,并沿着螺旋槽上升,对岩屑起到运移作业,可有效清除岩屑堆积。采用合理的钻井组合在钻井作业中可起到良好的效果。
In the process of sliding drilling of horizontal and high angle wells with downhole power drilling tools,the biggest problem encountered is that the friction of drilling tools is very high,It seriously restricts the drilling cycle,increases the drilling cost,and even causes accidents such as pipe sticking,resulting in serious consequences.The hydraulic oscillator can improve the effectiveness of WOB transmission and reduce the friction resistance between the bottom hole and the borehole through its own axial vibration.It can be used in various drilling modes to improve the ROP.The cuttings bed destructor can move the cuttings deposited on the cuttings bed and move along the spiral groove,which can effectively remove the cuttings accumulation.Reasonable drilling combination can play a good role in drilling operation.
