经阴道超声宫颈组织超声E成像技术在预测晚期流产及早产风险中的临床应用价值 被引量:2

Analysis of the clinical application value of E imaging technology of transvaginal ultrasound and cervical tissue ultrasound in predicting the risk of late abortion and premature delivery

摘要 目的观察经阴道超声宫颈组织超声E成像技术在预测晚期流产及早产风险的临床应用价值分析。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月于惠州市第三人民医院行孕前检查的孕妇137例,行经阴道超声宫颈组织超声E成像技术检查,其中31例患者经检查后诊断具有晚期流产及早产风险,将其设为风险组。另106例患者则设置为正常组,并对入组孕妇进行跟踪随访至生产。分析比较两组患者宫颈情况[宫颈长度(CL)、完整宫颈应变率(CS)、宫颈外口应变率(ES)及宫颈内口应变率(IS)]的差异及分娩情况。结果风险组孕妇CL长度明显短于正常组孕妇,且风险组IS比例明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而风险组与正常组孕妇CS、ES比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。风险组孕妇晚期流产率、早产率,明显高于正常组,且风险组孕妇自然正常分娩率,明显低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取经阴道超声宫颈组织超声E成像技术检查,可较好地对产妇晚期流产及早产进行风险预测,具有临床诊断价值。 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical application value of E imaging technology of transvaginal ultrasound and cervical tissue ultrasound in predicting the risk of late abortion and premature delivery.Methods A total of 137 pregnant women undergoing examinations before pregnancy recently and admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Huizhou from January 2017 to January 2019 were examined by the E imaging technology of transvaginal ultrasound and cervical tissue ultrasound.Among them,31 patients were diagnosed as having the risk of late abortion and premature delivery after examination,and they were divided into the risk groups(n=31).The other patients were divided into the normal group(n=106),and the pregnant women were followed up until delivery.The differences of cervical conditions,such as cervical length(CL),complete cervical strain rate(CS),external cervical strain rate(ES)and internal cervical strain rate(IS),between the two groups of patients were analyzed,and delivery conditions were compared.Results Compared with the normal group of pregnant women,the length of CL in the risk group of pregnant women was significantly shortened,and the proportion of IS in the risk group was significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).However,there were no statistically significant differences in CS and ES between the risk group and the normal group of pregnant women(P>0.05).The late abortion rate and premature delivery rate of the risk group were significantly higher than that of the normal group respectively,and the natural normal delivery rate of the risk group of pregnant women was significantly lower than that of the normal group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion E imaging technology of transvaginal ultrasound and cervical tissue ultrasound can better predict the risk of late abortion and premature delivery,which has clinical diagnostic value.
