摘要
随着医疗水平的进步,生殖医学得到了越来越蓬勃的发展,临床中辅助生殖的成功率与子宫内膜容受性和胚胎质量有着必要关联。随着生物技术和科技水平的进步,优质胚胎相对更加易得,在这种情况下子宫内膜的容受性就变成了影响临床妊娠成功率的关键因素。本文通过子宫内膜厚度、内膜形态、内膜容积、内膜动脉及血流灌注等方面对子宫内膜容受性进行深入研究,以期为后续临床研究与应用中提供参考与帮助。
With the progress of medical level,reproductive medicine has been more and more vigorous development,clinical assisted reproduction of the success rate and endometrial receptivity and embryo quality has a necessary correlation.With the development of biotechnology and technology,high-quality embryos are relatively more readily available,under such circumstances,endometrial receptivity has become a key factor affecting the success rate of clinical pregnancy.In this paper,endometrial receptivity was further studied in terms of endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,endometrial volume,endometrial artery and blood perfusion,so as to provide reference and help for subsequent clinical research and application.
