摘要
目的:分析高尿酸血症(HUA)患者应用高频超声诊断其关节病变的价值。方法:选取我院2019年1月—2020年10月收治的45例高尿酸血症患者作为研究组,选取同期45例尿酸水平正常志愿者作为对照组。观察两组采用高频超声检查病变关节(双侧踝关节、膝关节及第一跖趾关节)阳性率、病变影像学征象(痛风石、骨侵蚀、晶体沉积、关节腔积液、滑膜增生)及不同年龄层次的HUA患者关节病变检出情况。结果:研究组关节病变阳性率及病变影像学征象检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05);41~60岁患者关节病变检出率均高于大于60岁、20~40岁的患者(P<0.05),20~40岁与>60岁对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:高频超声可以用于高尿酸血症(HUA)患者关节病变的早期筛查中。
Objective To analyze the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of joint lesions in patients with hyperuricemia(Hua).Methods 45 patients with hyperuricemia in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were randomly selected as the study group,and 45 volunteers with normal uric acid level in the same period were selected as the control group.High frequency ultrasound was used to examine the positive rate of the affected joints(bilateral ankle joint,knee joint and first metatarsal joint),imaging signs(gout stone,bone erosion,crystal deposition,joint cavity effusion,synovial hyperplasia)and joint lesions of Hua patients of different ages were observed.Results The positive rate of joint lesions and the detection rate of imaging signs in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the detection rate of joint lesions in patients aged 41~60 was higher than that in patients over 60 years old and 20~40 years old(P<0.05),and there was no difference between 20~40 years old and>60 years old(P>0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can be used in early screening of joint lesions in patients with hyperuricemia(Hua).
