摘要
本文结合笔者在深圳完成的坪山实验学校、竹坑学校、锦龙学校工程总承包设计建造实践,以钢混组合结构装配式建筑体系的研发创新为抓手,从数字化的设计手段、标准化的设计方法、多样化的实现路径、结构系统的生成逻辑、围护系统的体系构成、机电管线及内装系统的一体化集成建造等方面,较为全面地诠释了装配式建筑系统工程理论及其指导下的实践应用,并进一步剖析了装配式新型建造方式条件下,学校建筑创作的新动向、新思路和新方法。
This paper combines the general contracted design and construction practice of Pingshan Experimental School,Zhukeng School and Jinlong School completed by the author in Shenzhen,takes the R&D innovation of the steel-concrete composite structural and prefabricated building system as the starting point and more comprehensively interprets the engineering theory of prefabricated building system and the practical application under its guidance from such perspectives as digital design means,standardized design methods,diversified realization ways,generation logic of structural system,system composition of enclosure system,integrated construction of the electromechanical pipelines and built-in systems.Moreover,this paper further analyzes the new trend,new idea and new method of school architecture creation under the new prefabricated construction mode and condition.
