摘要
目的:探究郑州大学附属儿童医院小儿轮状病毒的感染状况及病原学特征。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年10月在本院进行治疗的272例腹泻患儿,分析其轮状病毒感染状况和病原学特征。结果:在272份腹泻样本中,134份轮状病毒抗体检测呈阳性,占腹泻患儿人数的49.26%。其中月龄小于12个月的患儿比例显著高于其它年龄段的患儿(P<0.05)。体温>37℃患儿所占比72.39%显著高于其它体温患儿所占比例(P<0.05)。腹泻次数4-6次患儿所占比60.45%显著高于其它腹泻次数患儿所占比例(P<0.05)。呕吐次数0患儿所占比85.82%,显著高于其它呕吐次数患儿所占比例(P<0.05)。脱水程度0%患儿所占比83.58,显著高于其它脱水程度患儿所占比例(P<0.05)。冬季轮状病毒感染患儿所占比45.52%显著高于其它季节患儿所占比例(P<0.05)。结论:小儿轮状病毒发病率较高,一般在冬季多发,病原学特征较多,一般以轻症为主。
Objective:To explore the infection and pathogenic characteristics of rotavirus in children in children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,272 children with diarrhea were treated in our hospital.The infection status and pathogenic characteristics of rotavirus were analyzed.Results:Of 272 diarrhea samples,134 were positive for rotavirus antibody,accounting for 49.26%of children with diarrhea.The proportion of children whose age was less than 12 months was significantly higher than that of other age groups(P<0.05).72.39%of the children with body temperature lower than 37℃were significantly higher than those with other body temperature(P<0.05).60.45%of children had diarrhea 4-6 times,which was significantly higher than other children(P<0.05).85.82%of the patients had vomiting times 0,which was significantly higher than other vomiting times(P<0.05).The proportion of children with 0%degree of dehydration was 83.58,significantly higher than that of children with other degrees of dehydration(P<0.05).The proportion of children with rotavirus infection in winter was 45.52%,which was significantly higher than that in other seasons(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence rate of rotavirus is high in children.It is frequently seen in winter and characterized by more pathogenic features.
