摘要
目的:探讨钛网在前牙、前磨牙即刻种植中引导骨再生的临床应用效果。方法:选择48例需即刻种植联合引导性骨再生手术的患者,按就诊时间的不同分为A组和B组,A组使用钛网,B组使用胶原生物膜,比较2组患者术后24 h疼痛、肿胀、创口裂开情况,术后10 d创口愈合程度以及术后3、6个月骨再生情况。结果:2组患者术后24 h疼痛、肿胀、创口裂开及术后10 d创口愈合程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3、6个月钛网引导骨再生的效果A组优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钛网在即刻种植手术中引导骨再生的临床效果满意,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of titanium mesh in guiding bone regeneration in immediate implant of anterior teeth and premolars.Methods:48 patients who needed immediate implantation combined with guided bone regeneration surgery were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A used titanium mesh and group B used collagen biofilm.The pain,swelling,wound dehiscence 24 hours after operation,wound healing 10 days after operation and bone regeneration 3 and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:there was no significant difference in pain,swelling,wound dehiscence 24 hours after operation and wound healing 10 days after operat ion between the two groups(P>0.05).3 and 6 months after operation,the effect of titanium mesh in inducing bone regeneration was significantly better than that of collagen biofilm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study preliminarily shows that the effect of titanium mesh in guiding bone regeneration in immediate implant surgery is better than that of collagen biofilm,which has high clinical application value.
