摘要
翼状胬肉是一种常见的眼部病症,其主要治疗方式为手术切除。虽然目前的治疗技术已经发展到了一定程度,但是高复发率仍然是需要考虑的主要问题。为了减少复发率,各国对其治疗方式展开了广泛研究,并提出了多种治疗方法,但仍未达成共识。本文就翼状胬肉的治疗进展进行综述,以期对临床治疗有所帮助。
Pterygium is a common eye disease.Currently,the main treatment is surgical resection.Although current treatment techniques have been developed to a certain extent,high recurrence rate remains a major problem.In order to decrease the recurrence rate,extensive researches have been conducted in the treatment methods and a variety of treatment methods have been proposed,but there is still no consensus.In this paper,the research progress of pterygium therapy techniques is reviewed in order to help clinical treatment.
