摘要
磷是植物必需矿质营养元素,在植物生长过程中发挥重要作用,但通常情况下土壤中有效磷含量低,且施入土壤的磷肥易被吸附固定为难溶性有机磷,无法被植物直接吸收利用。根系分泌物在土壤磷素转化方面发挥重要作用,是植物低磷适应的一项重要策略。低磷条件下植物根系通过分泌有机酸、酸性磷酸酶、质子及糖类等物质直接或间接影响土壤磷素转化,提高土壤磷有效性。文章通过综述低磷下植物根系分泌物变化及不同根系分泌物对土壤磷素转化作用机制,揭示低磷下植物根系分泌物对土壤磷素转化影响机制,对进一步认识植物低磷适应策略具有重要意义。
Phosphorus is an essential mineral nutrient element for plants.It plays an important role in the growth of plants.However,under normal circumstances,the effective phosphorus content in the soil is low.And the phosphate fertilizer applied to the soil is easily adsorbed and fixed as insoluble organic phosphorus.So the phosphorus cannot be directly absorbed by plants.Root exudates are vital in soil phosphorus transformation and it’s an important strategy for plants to adapt to low phosphorus.Under low-phosphorus conditions,plant roots can directly or indirectly affect the conversion of soil phosphorus by secreting organic acids,acid phosphatase,protons and sugars,and improve the availability of soil phosphorus.This article reviewed the changes of root exudates under low phosphorus conditions.Then summed up the mechanism of action of different root exudates on soil phosphorus transformation.Through the above means,revealed the influence mechanism of root exudates on soil phosphorus transformation under low phosphorus conditions.These are of great significance for further understanding of plant low-phosphorus adaptation strategies.
