摘要
目的分析乙肝肝硬化失代偿期合并糖尿病患者的饮食指导方式,分析具体的结果。方法选择2018年8月—2019年12月在该院接受治疗的64例乙肝肝硬化失代偿期合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,结合不同管理方式分组,对照组和干预组各32例,分别采取常规饮食指导以及合理的营养膳食干预,对干预后的各项结果对比和研究。结果干预组的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、球蛋白等指标低于对照组。干预组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的32例患者中满意度为96.88%优于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率是6.25%低于对照组25.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对乙肝肝硬化失代偿期合并糖尿病患者实施合理的营养膳食干预方式,可缓解患者的不良症状,生活质量提升,因此可借鉴和实施。
Objective To analyze the dietary guidance of patients with decompensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and diabetes,and analyze the specific results.Methods Selected 64 cases of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis combined with diabetes who were treated in the hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 as the study object,combined with different management methods,the control group and the intervention group were 32 cases,respectively Routine diet guidance and reasonable nutritional diet intervention,comparison and research on the results after intervention.Results The indicators of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and globulin in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 h after a meal,and indicators of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of 32 patients in the intervention group was 96.88%better than 68.75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the intervention group was 6.25%,which was lower than that of the control group's 25.00%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of reasonable nutritional diet intervention for patients with decompensated hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and diabetes can relieve the patients'adverse symptoms and improve the quality of life,so it can be used for reference and implementation.
