摘要
目的探析孕期体重与产科并发症和妊娠结局的关系。方法回顾性分析2017年12月—2019年2月在该院诊治的产妇100例,平均分为肥胖组和正常组各50例,对比妊娠结局、并发症分析情况。结果肥胖组患者的高龄率50.00%高于正常组24.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.250,P<0.05);肥胖组患者的不良妊娠结局发生率52.00%低于正常组的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=26.832,P<0.05);肥胖组并发症发生率66.00%高于正常组32.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.565,P<0.05)。结论控制体质量是降低产科并发症和改善不良妊娠结局的有效措施,这为临床研究与治疗提供了新的方向.
Objective Exploring the relationship between weight during pregnancy and obstetric complications and pregnancy outcome Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of parturients diagnosed and treated in the hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were divided into obesity group and normal group,with 50 cases in eachgroup,and the pregnancy outcome and complications were compared.Results The obesity group had a higher age rate of 50.00%higher than the normal group 24.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.250,P<0.05);the obesity group had a 52.00%incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which was lower than the normal group’s 28.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=26.832,P<0.05);the complication rate of the obesity group was 66.00%higher than that of the normal group by 32.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.565,P<0.05).Conclusion Ccontrolling weight should be an effective measure to reduce obstetric complications and improve adverse pregnancy outcome.It provides a new direction for clinical research and treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
