不同毛苕子种质材料种子产量与相关性状的分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了筛选出优异的种质材料,给不同地区的种植提供参考依据,试验以12份毛苕子为主要研究对象,对生长期测定的单株主茎节数、株高、每株花序数等11个主要性状与种子产量进行相关分析。结果表明,毛苕子的单株主茎节数、单株花序数、每花序小花数、每株荚数、每荚粒数和千粒重与种子产量的关系最为密切,且相关性表现为每株荚数>单株主茎节数>每花序小花数>千粒重>每株花序数。经逐步回归分析,得到的回归方程为Y=-55.65208-5.61187X4+25.66403X6-6.24766X11(R^(2)=0.7514),说明每株花序数、每花序小花数和千粒重对毛苕子种子产量贡献最大。 In order to screen out excellent germplasm materials and provide reference for planting in different region,12 Vicia villosa accessions were used as research materials.11key characters,such as node number of main stem per plant,plant height and flower number per plant were measured during the growth period,and the correlation between seed yield and those 11 key characters was analyzed.Results showed that vetch main stem,inflorescence,floret number,pod number per plant,seed number per pod and thousand seed weight were the most closely related to seed yield,and the correlation was shown as:pod number per plant>main stem section>florets number>thousand seed weight>inflorescence.The regression equation which obtained by stepwise regression analysis was:Y=-55.65208-5.61187 X4+25.66403 X6-6.24766 X11(R^(2)=0.7514),illustrated that inflorescence,floret number and thousand seed weight contributed most to the seed yield of Vicia villosa.
