摘要
目的评估螺旋CT三维重建用于胫骨平台骨折临床诊断中的价值,以供同仁参考。方法选择2017年11月至2019年8月临床病理检查确诊为胫骨平台骨折的60例患者,分别接受X线片、螺旋CT三维重建检查诊断,分别纳入X线组、CT组,分别统计各组检出率、疾病分型诊断正确率。结果 X线组、CT组检出率分别是73.33%、100.00%,组间差异较显著(P<0.05)。CT组对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ型诊断正确率均高于X线组,经比较分析,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用CT三维重建诊断胫骨平台骨折,和常规X线相比,骨折检出率高,分型符合度高,能从多个维度呈现出骨折情况,为疾病临床治疗提供更可靠的支持。
Objective To evaluate value of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in clinical diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures,and provide reference for colleagues.Methods We chose 60 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients confirmed by clinical pathology and diagnosed by X-ray film and spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction from November 2017 to August 2019,divide them into X-ray group and CT group respectively.Carry on statistics of detection rate and diagnostic accuracy rate of disease classification in each group.Results Detection rates of X-ray group and CT group were 73.33% and 100.00% respectively,with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Diagnostic accuracy rate of type I,II,III,IV and V in CT group was higher than X-ray group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine X-ray,CT three-dimensional reconstruction has characteristics of high detection rate of fracture and high classification coincidence in diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture,can present fracture situation from multiple dimensions,and provide more reliable support for clinical treatment of diseases.
