摘要
基于对牦牛绒纺织加工中存在的问题进行分析,以41.67 tex×2原色粗纺纯牦牛绒针织衫为例,从原料性能、纺纱、针织和后整理几个方面进行系统研究,阐述粗纺原色纯牦牛绒针织衫加工工艺。研究表明:牦牛绒针织衫的加工是一个系统工程,应从原料选配、纺纱工艺、织造工艺和后整理工艺几个方面优化设计;在进行粗纺纯牦牛绒针织衫加工时,应合理设计纱线捻度、织造密度和缩绒工艺,以提高织物手感和服用性能。
The article analyzes the problems in roved spinning and knitting for pure yakwool sweater,and takes41.67 tex×2 pure yakwool sweater of roved spinning for example,designs and studies the material selecting,spinning processing,knitting and finishing.It develops type of processing for pure yakwool sweater of roved spinning.The study proves to be a systematic processing to make pure yakwool sweater of roved spinning.It should be designed the processing from the materials,spinning,knitting and finished.When it make pure yakwool sweater of roved spinning,it should design the processing and enhance the wear behavior of pure yakwool sweater reasonably from twisting,fabric density and felting.
