摘要
目的探讨双重宫腔镜手术系统(HEOS系统)治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果及预后。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2020年6月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(以下简称“我院”)接受HEOS系统治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者35例为观察组,选取同期于我院接受传统宫腔镜电切系统治疗的患者35例为对照组。比较两组手术时间,术前及术后1 d(术后)生化指标,术后2个月子宫内膜恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。手术前后两组生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组月经恢复时间、阴道流液或流血时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2个月观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。随访2个月,所有患者均未出现宫颈粘连等并发症。结论HEOS系统治疗子宫内膜息肉临床效果显著,可减少手术时间,安全性高,可保护育龄期女性子宫内膜,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of double hysteroscopic surgery system(HEOS system)in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 35 patients with endometrial polyps treated by HEOS system in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China(“our hospital”for short)from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 35 patients with endometrial polyps who received traditional hysteroscopic electrosurgical system in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The operative time,biochemical indexes before surgery and one day after surgery(after surgery),endometrial recovery and complications on two months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in biochemical indexes between the two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in menstrual recovery time,vaginal fluid or bleeding time between the two groups(P>0.05);after 2 months of follow-up,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,no complications such as cervical adhesion occurred in all the patients.Conclusion The clinical effect of HEOS system in the treatment of endometrial polyps is significant,which can reduce the operation time,high safety,and can protect the endometrium of women of childbearing age,which is worthy of clinical application.
