施氮对塔额盆地甜菜干物质与氮素积累及产量品质的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Nitrogen Application on Dry Matter,Nitrogen Accumulation,Yield and Quality of Sugarbeet in Ta’e Basin

摘要 在塔额盆地滴灌施肥条件下,以甜菜‘Beta796’为试验材料开展田间试验,设置施氮0 kg·hm^(-2)(N0),150 kg·hm^(-2)(N1)、210 kg·hm^(-2)(N2)和270 kg·hm^(-2)(N3)4个处理,研究施氮对甜菜干物质与氮素积累及产量品质的影响规律,以期为区域高产高糖甜菜生产氮肥的科学施用提供理论依据。结果表明,施氮能增加甜菜叶面积指数、干物质积累量及氮素积累量,提高干物质及氮素的最大累积速率及平均积累速率,显著提高甜菜产量,降低甜菜块根的含糖量。施氮显著增加块根中α-氨基氮、Na+含量,增加蔗糖糖蜜损失,降低蔗糖回收率。与N0处理相比,施氮能提高甜菜可回收蔗糖产量,但不同处理可回收蔗糖产量差异不显著。综合不同施氮量下甜菜产量、产糖量、品质与种植收益,塔额盆地滴灌条件下高产优质甜菜的氮肥推荐用量为210 kg·hm^(-2)。 Taking sugar beet‘Beta 796’(Beta vulgaris L.)as an experimental material,the four treatmetns including 0 kg·hm^(-2)(N0),150 kg·hm^(-2)(N1),210 kg·hm^(-2)(N2)and 270 kg·hm^(-2)(N3)were set under condition of drop irrigation,the effect of nitrogen application on dry matter,nitrogen accumulation dynamics,yield and quality was studied for providing theoretical basis in scientific application of nitrogen fertilizer for high yield and quality in sugarbeet production in Ta’e basin.The results showed that nitrogen application could increase leaf area index,dry matter accumulation,and nitrogen accumulation in sugarbeet.In addition,nitrogen application also increased the maximum and mean accumulation rate of dry matter and nitrogen.Compared with no nitrogen treatment,nitrogen application could significantly increase sugarbeet yield,but decrease the sugar content of sugarbeet.The nitrogen application significantly increased the contents of amino nitrogen and Na+,which increased sucrose molasses loss and reduced the recovery rate of sucrose.Compared with no nitrogen treatment,nitrogen application could increase recoverable sucrose yield.However,there was no significant difference in recoverable sucrose yield under different nitrogen treatments.Considering the yield,sugar yield,quality and planting income of sugarbeet under different nitrogen application rates,the recommended amount of nitrogen fertilizer for high-yield and high-quality sugarbeet production in Ta’e basin is 210 kg·hm^(-2).
