泡沫混凝土在道路工程中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 泡沫混凝土以其良好的物理与施工性能目前已被广泛应用到道路工程中。基于工程经验、理论认识和文献调研,首先总结了泡沫混凝土材料和工程特性,同时针对其主要性能(轻质、自流平、自立等)列举了该材料在道路工程中的应用,并对其施工工艺与质量控制进行了阐述,接着对其技术问题和研究方向进行了分析。研究发现,泡沫混凝土在道路工程中有较为广泛的应用场景,配合比设计时需注意考虑提高强度和降低密度的均衡和依据实际服役工况确定吸水率控制范围,并指出其在软土地基处理、道路拓宽工程和桥梁台背应用的质量控制要点,但仍存在强度低、大吸水率、抗冻性低等亟待解决的技术问题,未来需加强在生产工艺、发泡剂、材料性能等方面的研究。本文可为相关工程人员开展泡沫混凝土的应用与研究提供思路。 Foam concrete has been widely applied to road engineering due to its good physical and construction properties.Based on engineering experience,theoretical understanding and literature research,the paper first summarizes engineering properties of the foam concrete materials,including light weight,self-leveling,self-supporting,etc.,and lists their corresponding applications in road engineering,and expounds its construction technology and quality control,and then analyzes its technical problems and research directions.It is found that foamed concrete has wide application in road engineering.Besides,the balance of increasing strength and reducing density should be considered in the design of mix proportion,and the control range of water absorption should be determined according to the actual service conditions.The quality control points of its application in soft soil foundation treatment,road widening engineering and bridge abutment back are pointed out.However,there are still some technical problems to be solved urgently,such as low strength,large water absorption and low frost resistance.In the future,research on production technology,foaming agent and material properties should be strengthened.The summary and discussion in this paper can provide ideas for the relevant engineering personnel to carry out the application and research of foam concrete.
