摘要
碱式碳酸镁是一种具有广泛用途的化学原料,经常用于工业、制药工业中,同时还可作为面粉处理剂用在食品方面。本文以硝酸镁与碳酸氢铵为实验原料,通过单因素法来设计和进行试验,探讨最佳工艺条件,分别分析了Mg(NO_( 3))_(2)的浓度、NH_( 4)HCO_( 3)的浓度、Mg(NO_( 3))_(2)和NH 4HCO_( 3)的物质的量比、温度对产物碱式碳酸镁的粒径大小的影响。结果表明:Mg(NO_( 3))_(2)的浓度为1.28 mol/L,NH_(4)HCO_(3)的浓度为1.37 mol/L,反应温度为67℃,NH 4HCO_(3)与Mg(NO_(3))_(2)的物质的量比为2.18∶1时,最小粒径为13.5μm。
Basic magnesium carbonate is a widely chemical raw material,which is often used in industry,pharmaceutical industry,used in food for flour treatment agent.The aim of this paper is to use magnesium nitrates and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials.The affects of concentrate of magnesium nitrates,concentration of ammonium bicarbonate,temperature and molar ratio of magnesium nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate on the particle size of basic carbon-coated magnesium were analyzed to explore the optimum conditions for synthesis.The experimental results show that the concentration of magnesium nitrate is 1.28 mol/L,the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate is 1.37 mol/L,the temperature is 67℃,and the molar ratio of ammonium bicarbonate to magnesium nitrates is 2.18∶1 and minimum grain size is 13.5μm.
