摘要
流动注射分析法具有分析速度快、重现性好,试剂消耗量少,仪器抗干扰能力强等特点。利用该方法测定水中挥发酚标准曲线,在0~100μg/L线性关系较好,加标回收率均在89.0%~97.1%之间,对比国标法,流动注射分析法自动进样,省时省力,样品量小,无氯仿萃取,实现了分析人员与有毒化学试剂的零接触,分析速度快,效率高,适合大批量样品的分析处理。流动注射分析法的精密度和检出限均优于国标法,且两种方法无显著性差异,因此,流动注射分析法完全可以替代国标法。
Flow injection analysis method with a fast analysis speed,good reproducibility,less reagent consumption,instruments and strong anti-jamming capability.The standard curve,the detection limit and precision of volatile phenol determined by flow injection spectrophotometry,Data show that,the method with good linear relationship within the range of 0~100μg/L.Standard addition recovery from 89.0%to 97.1%.Compared with national standard method,flow injection spectrophotometry have many advantages,achieving the automation,saving manpower,with small sample amount,no chloroform extraction,avoiding contact between the analyst and the toxicchemical,fast analysis speed,high efficiency,this method is more suitable for mass sample analysis.Compared with the national standard method,Flow injection spectrophotometry have better detection limit and precision,and here was no significant difference between the two methods,Therefore,Flow injection spectrophotometry can completely replace the standard method in water quality test.
