摘要
目的:分析布地奈德联合环丙沙星治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(简称慢阻肺)的有效性。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治慢阻肺患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采用布地奈德治疗;研究组在布地奈德基础上加入环丙沙星治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后最大呼气流速(PEF)、1 s用力呼气量(FEV_(1))及用力肺活量(FVC)等肺功能指标水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合环丙沙星治疗慢阻肺,能够有效提升临床疗效,改善患者肺功能。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of budesonide combined with ciprofloxacin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,92 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide.The study group was treated with ciprofloxacin combined with budesonide.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function indexes such as PEF,FEV_(1) and FVC in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with ciprofloxacin in the treatment of COPD can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the lung function of patients.
