摘要
研究不同被测表面材质对激光三角测距测量精度的影响,利用光线追迹方法,通过对不同表面材质成像光斑的光学模拟,同时利用MATLAB对得到的波形数据进行归一化处理并对光斑质心理论计算,得到影响三角测距测量精度的2个关键因素:表面反射率分布和表面微观形貌。表面反射率越接近朗博体的目标物对应的检测误差越小;表面纹理越少,对应的检测误差越小。进而提出提高测量精度的方法并验证,结果表明:通过优化成像光斑的高斯分布和增加垂直于检测方向的激光宽度能够提高测量的精度。
The influence of different surface materials on the accuracy of laser triangulation was studied.By using ray tracing method,the optical simulation of imaging facula of different surface materials was carried out.At the same time,the waveform data obtained is normalized by MATLAB and the theoretical calculation of facula center was carried out.Two key factors affecting the accuracy of triangulation were obtained,they are surface reflectivity distribution and surface micromorphology.The closer the surface reflectivity is to the target of the Lambert,the smaller the detection error is.The less the surface texture is,the smaller the corresponding detection error is.The method to improve the measurement accuracy was put forward and verified.The results show that by improving the Gaussian distribution of imaging spot and increasing the laser spot width perpendicular to the direction of the measurement can improve the accuracy of laser triangulation system.
