基于关键路径法的高速铁路接触网故障抢修策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 分析高速铁路接触网系统可用性、供电系统抢修工况特点和风险管理原则,结合故障抢修行为绩效评价指标,通过不同处置路径构成的网络图模拟分析,研究识别典型高速铁路接触网故障抢修过程关键路径,提出故障抢修过程的2个关键决策时刻,可将绝大部分故障干扰总时间控制在1~2 h。验证基于关键路径的动态规划方法制定抢修策略的可行性,并据此进行典型抢修过程的路径分析,提出相关应急预案设计、处置策略与方法。 By analyzing the availability of OCS in HSR,the characteristics of working conditions for emergency repair of the power supply system and the risk management principles,and in combination with the performance evaluation indexes of the fault emergency repair behaviors,this paper studies and identifies the critical path of the typical emergency repair process of HSR OCS through the simulation analysis of the network diagram composed of different disposal paths,and puts forward two critical path decision-making moments,to limit the total interference time under most faults to 1-2 hours.It also verifies the feasibility of preparing an emergency repair strategy based on the dynamic planning method of the critical path,analyzes the path of the typical emergency repair process accordingly,and brings forward relevant strategies and methods for emergency plan design and problem disposal.
