摘要
目的探索FUE手术方式的改良以提高毛发的成活率。方法收集52例患者,包括雄激素性脱发,先天性无阴毛,眉毛稀少,无手术禁忌症。术前准备充分,科学选择供区,术区行田字阻滞麻醉加肿胀麻醉。提取注意力度深度,速度,应用熟练的显微技术分离切割,创新低温储存移植物,控制孔洞的方向,密度,深度,周密的术后护理和术者细心熟练的操作。结果毛囊移植术后测得平均成活率为95%。结论术前准备充分,精细操作,低温保存,针具选择合适,可以减少损伤与浪费,提高FUE成活率。FUE的改良值得提倡与推广.
Objective To explore the improvement of FOE surgical method in order to improve the survival rate of hair.Methods Fifty-two patients with androgenetic alopecia,congenital absence of pubic hair,sparse eyebrows,and no contraindications to surgery were collected.Preoperative preparation was sufficient,and the donor area was selected scientifically.Field block anesthesia and swelling anesthesia were performed in the operative area.Extracting attention intensity depth,speed,the application of skilled microscopic technology separation and cutting,innovative low-temperature storage of grafts,control of hole direction,density,depth,careful postoperative care and the operator's careful and skilled operation.Results The mean survival rate was 95%.Conclusion Full preoperative preparation,fine operation,cryopreservation and proper selection of needles can reduce injury and waste,and improve the survival rate of FUE.The improvement of FOE is worth advocating and popularizing.
