摘要
目的研究在医院后勤保障管理中运用PDCA管理方法的实际价值。方法该研究分别于2018年4—12月、2019年4—12月通过问卷,比较PDCA实施前后医院后勤保障错误发生率和服务满意率。结果PDCA管理实施后,院内职工对后勤保障的满意率由73.27%上升为91.75%,与实施前相比,差异有统计学意义(Z=7.034,P=0.007);后勤保障错误发生率由10.28%降低为4.72%,与实施前相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.287,P=0.024)。结论医院在后勤保障体系中运用PDCA管理方法,能够有效改进后勤工作质量,同时提升院内职工对后勤服务的满意度。
Objective To study the practical value of applying PDCA management method in hospital logistics support management.Methods In this study,questionnaires were passed from April to December 2018 and April to December 2019 to compare the incidence of errors and service satisfaction rates in hospital logistics before and after the implementation of PDCA.Results After PDCA management was implemented,the satisfaction rate of the staff in the hospital with logistics support increased from 73.27%to 91.75%,and compared with before implementation,the difference in satisfaction was statistically significant(Z=7.034,P=0.007);the error rate of logistics support decreased from 10.28%to 4.72%,compared with before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.287,P=0.024).Conclusion The use of PDCA management methods in the logistics support system of the hospital can effectively improve the quality of logistics work and at the same time increase the satisfaction of the staff in the hospital with the logistics services.
