摘要
“半导体物理与器件”作为微电子技术专业的基础课程,具有知识点多、授课时间短等特点。在教学过程中精简内容,强调对基本概念、基本思想和基本理论方法的理解与掌握,引入Materials Studio和Silvaco TCAD模拟计算软件,引导学生探索不同半导体材料的性质和不同器件结构的性能,并用实验测量相关器件的电学特性,理论、模拟仿真和实验相结合,培养学生的学习兴趣、创新能力和探索精神,提高学生的科研能力与素质。
Semiconductor Physics and Devices,as the basic course of microelectronics technology major,has many knowledge points but limited teaching time.In the process of course teaching,we streamline the teaching content,emphasize the understanding and mastery of basic concepts,basic ideas and basic theoretical methods,introduce Materials Studio and Silvaco TCAD simulation computing software,encourage students to explore the properties of different semiconductor materials and different device structures and to measure the electrical characteristics of related devices in experiments.By combining theories,simulation and experiments,we can cultivate students'interest in learning,innovation ability and exploration spirit,and improve students'scientific research ability and quality.
