摘要
荧光碳点由于其优异的光学和化学性能,近年来引起了人们的广泛关注。本研究以天然生物质胡萝卜为原料,通过水热法一步合成了粒径均匀的荧光生物质碳点(BCDs)。制备过程简单环保,所合成的荧光BCDs具有良好的耐光漂白能力和生物相容性,并成功应用于人膀胱癌活细胞荧光成像中。
Fluorescent carbon dots have attracted much attention in recent years due to their excellent optical and chemical properties.Fluorescence biomass carbon dots(BCDs)with uniform particle size were synthesized by hydrothermal method using natural biomass carrot as raw material.The preparation process is simple and environmentally friendly.The synthesized fluorescent BCDs exhibited excellent photo bleaching resistance and biocompatibility,and were applied successfully in live cell fluorescence imaging of human bladder cancer.
