履带式负压振动筛在海洋平台钻井废弃物处置中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对目前渤海油田海上钻井作业产生的废弃钻井液量较大,处理成本较高,采用常规振动筛存在堵塞筛布、跑冒泥浆、岩屑含水量过高等问题,提出在法向气刀的基础上增加2个侧向气刀装置,进行了集成设计,并将改进的负压振动筛进行了现场应用。结果表明:改进后的气刀装置能够有效解决泥浆堵塞筛孔难题,提高固液分离效果,不需要相关辅助设备,降低了岩屑处理成本。履带式负压振动筛相较于传统振动筛、离心机处理效果更稳定,基本具备现场随钻处理能力,为海洋平台钻完井废弃物减量化处理提供了借鉴。 At present,the amount of waste drilling fluid produced by offshore drilling operation in Bohai oilfield is large,the treatment cost is high,and the conventional vibrating screen has the problems of clogging the screen cloth,running mud,and excessive water content of cuttings.It is proposed to add two lateral air knife devices on the basis of the normal air knife,carry out an integrated design,and apply the improved negative pressure vibrating screen to the field.The results show that the improved air knife device can effectively solve the problem of mud clogging the screen hole,improve the solid-liquid separation effect,do not need related auxiliary equipment,and reduce the cost of cuttings treatment.Compared with traditional vibrating screens and centrifuges,the crawler negative pressure vibrating screen has a more stable processing effect,which basically has the ability of on-site processing while drilling,and can provide a reference for the reduction treatment of drilling and completion waste of offshore platform.
