摘要
目的了解农村教师应对常见意外伤害应急救护知识与技能掌握情况,应急救护知识的需求,来源途径,为意外伤害应急救护知识在农村的普及提供更多科学参考依据。方法项目组从2020年9月11日—11月25日对周宁县咸村镇和玛坑乡中心小学、中心幼儿园及中学部分教师210人进行问卷调查和技能现场测示。结果农村教师常见意外伤害应急救护知识的知晓率偏低,应急救护技能较缼欠。其中应急救护知识回答正确前五位的是:拨打急救电话,占96.19%;中暑的急救,占80.48%;判断意识的方法,占62.38%;烫伤的应急处理,占59.52%;判断呼吸的方法,占57.14%。应急救护技能掌握正确前五位的依次是:拨打急救电话,占91.90%;中暑的急救,占78.52%;判断意识的方法,占57.14%;判断呼吸的方法,占50.48%;触电的现场急救,占48.10%。但学习应急救护知识与技能的热情很高,被调查的教师普遍认为很需要学习应急救护知识和技能,即97.85%的教师有学习应急救护知识和技能强烈愿望,只有2.15%的教师认为不是很需要。结论应通过各种渠道提高农村教师应急救护知识与技能,减少校园意外伤害事件的发生及发生后的损害程度。
Objective To understand rural teachers’knowledge and skills of emergency first aid for common accidental injuries,and the needs and sources of emergency first aid knowledge,so as to provide more scientific reference for the popularization of emergency first aid knowledge for accidental injuries in rural areas.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 210 primary and secondary school teachers in Xiancun and Makeng township of Zhouning county From September 11 th to November 25 th,2020.Results The teachers in rural areas often have low awareness of the knowledge of emergency rescue,and less of the skills of emergency rescue.Among them,the top five were:making emergency call accounted for 96.19%;First aid for heat stroke accounted for 80.48%;Methods of judging consciousness accounted for 62.38%;Emergency treatment of scald accounted for 59.52%;Methods of judging respiration accounted for 57.14%.The top five skills of first aid are:calling first aid accounted for 91.90%;First aid for heat stroke accounted for 78.52%;Methods of judging consciousness accounted for 57.14%;Method of judging respiration accounted for 50.48%;First aid for electric shock accounted for 48.10%.However,the enthusiasm for learning the knowledge and skills of first aid is very high,and the surveyed teachers generally believe that it is very necessary to learn the knowledge and skills of first aid,that is,97.85%of the teachers have a strong desire to learn the knowledge and skills of first aid,while only 2.15%of the teachers think it is not very necessary.Conclusion All kinds of channels should be used to improve the knowledge and skills of rural teachers’first aid and reduce the occurrence and damage degree of campus accidental injuries.
