摘要
目的探析补肾疏肝汤与黄体酮胶囊联合应用于围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月—2020年9月到九江市第一人民医院门诊治疗的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组,各30例。2组患者均行刮宫术,对照组给予黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾疏肝汤治疗。对比2组患者治疗总有效率和子宫内膜厚度情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率96.67%(29/30),高于对照组80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者给予黄体酮胶囊与补肾疏肝汤联合治疗,显著改善患者子宫内膜厚度,具有良好临床疗效,可进一步借鉴运用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Bushen Shugan decoction and progesterone capsule in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopause.Methods From January 2018 to September 2019,60 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopause treated in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with curettage,the control group was treated with progesterone capsule,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Shugan decoction on the basis of the control group.The effective rate and endometrial thickness of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and there had significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there had significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Shugan decoction and progesterone capsule in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopause can significantly improve the endometrial thickness of patients,has a good clinical effect,and can be further used for reference.
