摘要
目的初步探讨中医药治疗肺系疾病的一般用药规律。方法以2010年—2019年于河南中医药大学第一附属医院呼吸科住院患者的中药处方为研究对象,运用Excel 2019对规范后中药的使用频次、类别、性味与归经分别进行统计分析。结果在肺系疾病的诊疗过程中,化痰药和止咳平喘药使用频次最多,如川贝母、半夏、杏仁、紫菀等,其余则多选用补气药、行气药、补血药和活血药等。其药性多为寒性、温性和平性,多具有苦味、甘味和辛味,多归于肺经、肝经、胃经、脾经、肾经、心经。结论在治疗肺系疾病时,常首选化痰药和止咳平喘药,再配伍诸如补气药、活血药、行气药等;寒性药、热性药和平性药均为常用药,临床需根据患者的不同证候进行选择;在药味方面,多选苦味、甘味和辛味;此外,也需要兼顾其他脏腑,如肝、胃、脾、肾、心等。
Objective To discuss the general medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary diseases.Methods Taking 2010-2019 Chinese medicine prescriptions of inpatients in the respiratory ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research objects,and Excel 2019 was used to statistically analyze the frequency,category,sexual taste and return of the standardized Chinese Medicine.Results In the treatment of pulmonary diseases,expectorant drugs and cough and asthma drugs are most frequently used,such as Fritillaria sichuanensis,Pinellia ternate,almond and aster,etc.The rest mostly choose qi-invigorating drugs,qi-regulating drugs,blood tonic and blood activating drugs,etc.Most of the drug properties are cold,warm and peaceful,with bitterness,sweetness and pungency.Most of them are attributed to lung,liver,stomach,spleen,kidney and heart channel.Conclusion In the treatment of pulmonary diseases,expectorant drugs and cough and asthma drugs are often the first choice,and then they are combined with drugs such as qi-invigorating drugs,blood activating drugs,and qi-regulating drugs.Cold drugs,hot drugs and peaceful drugs are common drugs,which should be selected according to different clinical syndromes of patients.In the aspect of medicine taste,bitterness,sweetness and pungency are often selected.In addition,other viscera,such as liver,stomach,spleen,kidney and heart,should also be considered.
