摘要
目的:评价以翻转课堂教学模式提升非中医院校毕业新入职护士中医护理技术培训的效果。方法:将2018年6月新入职护士设为对照组(45例),2019年6月新入职护士设为观察组(43例);对照组采用综合性医院的传统教学法开展培训,观察组借鉴翻转课堂教学模式开展培训,培训时间均为4周,培训结束后评价2组教学效果。结果:观察组在理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩和辨证能力成绩等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);针对教学方法及教学效果的问卷调查显示,观察组的认同率高于对照组(P<0.05),且得到培训学员高度认同。结论:借鉴翻转课堂教学模式开展非中医院校毕业的新入职护士中医护理技术培训,成效明显,有进一步研究和推广价值。
[Objective]To evaluate the effect of reforming the teaching and training of traditional Chinese M edicine( TCM) nursing techniques for newly-recruited nurses from non-tcm colleges and universities by using the reversal classroom teaching model. [Method] The new ly recruited nurses in 2018 w ere set as the Control Group( 45 cases),and the new ly recruited nurses in 2019 w ere set as the observation group( 43 cases). The training time w as 4 w eeks,and the tw o groups w ere evaluated after the training. [Result]The results of theory test,skill test and syndrome differentiation in the observation group w ere better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The recognition rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion]It is valuable to carry out the training of TCM nursing skills for new nurses graduated from non-tcm colleges and universities.
