不同前处理方式对鲜烟叶主要化学成分和致香物质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Pretreatment Methods on Chemical Components and Aroma of Fresh Tobacco Leaf

摘要 为了研究不同前处理方式对鲜烟叶化学成分检测的影响,采用半叶法探索了鲜烟叶经冷冻处理、常规杀青处理和微波处理后的主要化学成分和致香物质的差异。结果表明:经3种方式处理后烟叶的近红外光谱的相似度较高,但与新鲜烟叶的光谱差异较大;经3种方式处理烟叶的烟碱含量相差不大;经微波法处理烟叶的总糖、还原糖和氯离子含量较高;经常规杀青法处理烟叶的各物质含量居中;经冷冻法处理烟叶的中性香气物质优于其他两种处理方式。因此,在测定鲜烟叶主要化学成分的含量时,最适合采用微波法处理,速度快;在测定鲜烟叶中性香气物质时,较适合采用冷冻法处理。 In order to study the effects of different pretreatment methods on the chemical components of fresh tobacco,the main chemical components and aroma compounds of fresh tobacco after freezing,conventional fixation and microwave treatment were studied by half leaf method.The similarity of NIR spectra of three treatments indicated that different pretreatment methods had different effects on the chemical composition of fresh tobacco leaves.The results of flow analyzer analysis showed that the nicotine content of the three treatment methods was similar,the total sugar,reducing sugar and chloride ion content of microwave method was higher,and the content of each substance of conventional fixation method was in the middle.The results of GC-MS analysis showed that the neutral aroma substance of freezing method was better than the other two methods.Therefore,the microwave method is the most suitable method for the determination of main chemical components,and the freezing method is more suitable for the determination of neutral aroma substances.
