摘要
近年来对于重叠抗体自身免疫性脑炎的报道越来越多,其重叠抗体形式多种多样。常见重叠形式为自身免疫性脑炎叠加神经胶质抗体、自身免疫性脑炎与其他全身性自身免疫性疾病并存、自身免疫性脑炎相关重叠抗体,但各类型的临床意义尚未明确。文中收集国内外对重叠抗体自身免疫性脑炎的研究现状,对该类脑炎可能的发病机制、重叠类型、临床表现特点及临床意义等研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,there are more and more reports of autoimmune encephalitis with overlapping antibodies,and there are various forms of antibody overlap.The common forms of overlap are autoimmune encephalitis with glial antibodies,autoimmune encephalitis coexisting with other systemic autoimmune diseases,autoimmune encephalitis related antibodies overlap,but the clinical significance is not clear.By collecting the research status of autoimmune encephalitis with overlapping antibodies at home and abroad,the possible mechanism,overlapping types,clinical manifestations and clinical significance of this kind of encephalitis were reviewed.
