摘要
微胶囊技术是21世纪重点研究开发的高新技术之一,用途广泛。明胶具有无毒、稳定性强、成膜性和生物相容性等特点,也是在微胶囊技术中经常用作壁材的一种亲水性高分子胶体。它可以单独使用,也可以与其他材料一起经过复合形成囊壁。以药物为囊芯,明胶为囊壁的药用明胶微胶囊在药物存储和释放方面显示出独特的优势以及广阔的应用前景。近些年来,明胶药用微胶囊的研究成为医药行业中的前沿和热点。本文对以天然高分子材料明胶及其复合物作为微胶囊的壁材体系用于药用微胶囊的研究进展进行了简要的阐述,并且对药用明胶微胶囊的制备方法、功能以及在现阶段的应用进行了介绍。
Microcapsule technology is one of the high-tech research and development focuses in the 21 st century,and has a wide range of uses.Gelatin has the characteristics of non-toxic,strong stability,film-forming and biocompatibility,etc.It is also a kind of hydrophilic polymer colloid often used as wall material in microcapsule technology.It can be used alone or combined with other materials to form a capsule wall.Pharmaceutical gelatin microcapsules with drugs as the core and gelatin as the capsule wall show unique advantages in terms of drug storage and release.Research on pharmaceutical gelatin microcapsules has always been the forefront and hotspot in the field of medicine.In this paper,the research progress of the use of natural polymer material gelatin and its composites as the microcapsule wall material system pharmaceutical gelatin microcapsules is briefly described,and the preparation method,function and application of pharmaceutical gelatin microcapsules are introduced.
