摘要 为提高Al牺牲阳极的综合性能,采用电化学性能评价试验、电化学阻抗测试、极化测试、金相分析和微区电位分布分析等方法研究了Mg元素含量对Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti-Ga-Mn牺牲阳极性能的影响,确定了铝基牺牲阳极中Mg元素的合理含量。结果表明:随着Mg含量的增加,牺牲阳极实际电容量有所提升,Mg元素含量变化主要通过影响牺牲阳极晶粒尺寸、内析出物数量和分布来影响牺牲阳极的各项性能,当Mg含量为0.8%时,Al-Zn-InMg-Ti-Ga-Mn牺牲阳极性能较优。 For improving the comprehensive performance of Al sacrificial anode,the electrochemical properties evaluation test,electrochemical impedance test,polarization test,metallographic analysis and micro-area potential distribution analysis were used to study the influence of content of Mg element on Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti-Ga-Mn sacrificial anode,and the suitable content of Mg element in Al sacrificial anode was confirmed. esults showed that with the increase of Mg content,the actual capacity of the sacrificial anode was improved. The change of Mg content mainly affected the performance of the sacrificial anode by affects the grain size of the sacrificial anode and the amount/distribution of interior precipitates. When the Mg content was 0.8%,the Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti-Ga-Mn sacrificial anode had better performance.
