摘要
高质量的产品,是由产品研发过程各环节有效的质量控制形成的。国际标准化组织发布的ISO9001《质量管理体系要求》,提出的管理原则中,把过程方法列为其中之一,充分说明过程控制的重要性。文章论述了产品研发全过程中几个重要过程要素(方案、设计、制造、外包、试验、检验)的控制方法,供相关产品研发单位参考。
High-quality products are formed by effective quality control in all aspects of the product development process chain.The ISO9001 quality management system requirements issued by the International Organization for Standardization include the process method as one of the management principles put forward, which fully illustrates the importance of process control.This paper discusses the control methods of several important process elements(program, design, manufacturing, outsourcing, testing and inspection)in the whole process of product development for reference by relevant product research and development units.
