摘要
自主创新是城市提升核心竞争力和综合实力的主要路径,对于促进城市高质量发展至关重要。运用主成分分析法,基于镇江市2011~2018年的统计数据,评价了镇江市企业的自主创新能力。研究发现:镇江市自主创新能力呈现不断提升的趋势,但还有较大的提升空间。基于此,论文从加大人力资本投入、建立健全融资渠道以及加强产学研合作方面提出了政策建议。
Independent innovation is the main way for a city to enhance its core competitiveness and comprehensive strength, and it is crucial to promote its high-quality development.Based on the statistical data of Zhenjiang city from 2011 to 2018,this paper evaluates the independent innovation ability of enterprises in Zhenjiang city by principal component analysis.It is found that the independent innovation ability of Zhenjiang city shows a trend of continuous improvement, but there is still a large room for improvement.Based on this, this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the aspects of increasing human capital investment, establishing and improving financing channels and strengthening industry-university-research cooperation.
