摘要
目的观察心理护理联合细节管理在神经内科重症患者中的临床疗效。方法选取焦作市人民医院神经内科收治的危重患者62例为研究对象,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用心理护理联合细节管理,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组危重患者焦虑得分(21.63±3.27)低于对照组(27.17±3.58),差异有统计学意义(t=3.865,P=0.001);干预后观察组抑郁得分(22.58±4.01)低于对照组(26.19±4.14),差异有统计学意义(t=4.017,P=0.001);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(96.77%vs 64.52%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.182,P=0.031)。结论将心理护理联合细节管理应用于神经内科重症患者中,能够改善患者的不良心理状态,最终提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing and detail management on severe patients in department of neurology.Methods Totally 62 cases of critical patients in Department of Neurology,Jiaozuo People's Hospital were selected in this study.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with psychological nursing and de⁃tail management.Results The study found that after the intervention,the anxiety score of the observation group(21.63±3.27)was lower than that of the control group(27.17±3.58),the difference was statistically significant(t=3.865,P=0.001);the depression score of the observation group(22.58±4.01)was lower than that of the control group(26.19±4.14),the difference was statistically significant(t=4.017,P=0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(64.52%),the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.182,P=0.031).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing and detail management in severe patients of department of neurology can improve the bad psychological state of patients,and ultimately improve the nursing satis⁃faction of patients.
