摘要
目的:研究消痰化瘀利窍方对痰瘀互结型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)合并高血压患者治疗效果及内皮损伤的保护作用。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予口服降压药常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用消痰化瘀利窍方治疗。3个月后观察患者体质量指数(BMI)、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低血氧饱和度(LSaO 2)及血清或血浆肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、血浆内皮素1(ET-1)、NO和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组BMI、AHI显著下降,LSaO 2升高,TNF-α、IL-6、ET-1和VEGF均较治疗前明显下降,NO升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:消痰化瘀利窍方能有效改善OSA患者AHI和BMI,提高LSaO 2,显著提高临床疗效,且具有一定抗炎、保护内皮损伤作用。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Xiaotan Huayu Liqiao formula on obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)with hypertension and its protective effect on endothelial injury.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment of oral antihypertensive drugs,and the observation group was given Xiaotan Huayu Liqiao Decoction in addition.Three months later,the changes of body mass index(BMI),sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),minimum oxygen saturation at night(LSaO 2),serum or plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),NO and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were observed.Results:After 3 months of treatment,BMI and AHI in the observation group were significantly decreased,LSaO 2 was increased,TNF-α,IL-6,ET-1 and VEGF were significantly decreased,and NO was increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01)Conclusion:Xiaotan Huayu Liqiao formula can effectively improve the AHI and BMI of OSA patients,increase LSaO 2,significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and has certain anti-inflammatory and protective effects on endothelial injury.
