摘要
针对陕西关中盆地某地热田区块泥页岩储层现场用水基钻井液体系抑制性能较差,钻井过程中容易出现钻头泥包、井壁失稳等问题,室内以磺酸基单体(MSL-1)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMAAC)为原料合成了一种新型泥页岩抑制剂YZJ-108,对其合成条件和抑制性能进行了评价。结果表明:当合成单体总质量分数为20%、引发剂质量分数为0.7%、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为5 h时合成的抑制剂性能最佳;新型泥页岩抑制剂YZJ-108具有良好的耐温性能和抗盐性能,当实验温度为130℃、矿化度为90 g·L^(-1)时,其对目标区块储层段泥页岩的防膨率仍能达到80%以上;抑制剂与现场钻井液体系具有良好的配伍性,不会影响钻井液体系的流变性能,但可以大幅提高钻井液体系的抑制性能,能够满足目标区块泥页岩储层段钻井施工对钻井液性能的要求。
A new shale inhibitor YZJ-108 was synthesized from sulfonic acid monomer(MSL-1), acrylamide(AM) and dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMAAC) in the laboratory, aiming at the poor inhibition performance of water-based drilling fluid system used in a geothermal field block in Hanzhong basin, and the problems of bit mud package and wellbore instability during drilling. The synthesis conditions were optimized,and inhibition performance was evaluated The results showed that when the total mass fraction of synthetic monomer was 20%, the mass fraction of initiator was 0.7%, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, and the reaction time was 5 h, the performance of prepared inhibitor was the best;the new shale inhibitor YZJ-108 had good temperature resistance and salt resistance performance, when the experimental temperature was 130 ℃, the salinity was 90 g·L^(-1), the anti-swelling rate of shale in the reservoir section of the target block still reached 80%. And the inhibitor had good compatibility with the drilling fluid system on site, which did not affect the rheological properties of the drilling fluid system, and greatly improved the inhibition performance of the drilling fluid system, which met the requirements of drilling fluid performance in the shale reservoir section of the target block.
