摘要
中国进入新发展阶段,国家要贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局。通过对中国产业发展大迭代、世界进入大变局带来重要技术契机以及工业工程自身发展的系统集成要求等的分析,提示中国工业工程创新正处在重大的革命性关口。针对中国工业工程创新所面对的国家重大战略需求,从工业工程创新的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑出发,探究中国工业工程创新方向,提出中国工业工程创新要在传承的基础上完成构建技术集成理论与方法、市场集成理论与方法和产业集成理论与方法的战略任务;通过建立以全产业、全过程、全要素综合集成为特征的工业工程创新方法论框架,提炼并规划工业工程创新技术路线图,为迎接中国工业工程发展历史转折点的到来进行必要的思想准备并提供研究参考。
With the development of new stage,China will implement the new development concept,build a new development pattern.Through the great iteration of Chinese industrial development,the important technical opportunities brought in the great changing world and the system requirements of industrial engineering development are integrated,showing that Chinese industrial engineering innovation is in the midst of a major revolutionary mark.Based on the major strategic demands of Chinese industrial engineering innovation,from the historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic of industrial engineering innovation,the innovation direction of Chinese Industrial Engineering was explored,on the basis of inheriting to complete construction technology integration theory and method,strategic task of integration theory and methods in technology,market and industry was put forward.Through establishing whole industry,whole process,whole integrated element methodology framework of industrial engineering innovation and the industrial engineering innovation technology roadmap,trying to make necessary ideological preparation and reference,to meet the arrival of history turning point in Chinese industrial engineering development.
