摘要
近年来,乡村民宿业蓬勃发展,有力地推动了农村经济结构转型升级,促进了农民增收;但同时也出现了民宿投资热与经营困难并存、民宿开发中未能处理好外来开发者与在地社区的协同发展等矛盾。为此,基于共生理论提出构建乡村民宿与在地社区共生发展系统图,分别从产品、产业、组织、生态四方面探索实现路径,发挥民宿对乡村经济、社会、文化及生态等各方面的振兴作用。最后列举了两个典型案例进行对比研究,为乡村民宿共生发展提供案例素材和经验借鉴。
In recent years,the homestay inns industry in rural areas has developed vigorously with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which has promoted the upgrading of rural economic structure and increased the income of the local farmers.However,contradictions can be found between the investment boom of homestay inns and difficulties in operating them,and it is hard to tackle the problem of the collaborative development relationship between local communities and investors in the promotion of homestay inns.The system diagram of the symbiotic development constructed based on the symbiosis theory presents the realization path of symbiotic system from the four aspects of products,industry,organizations and ecology,thus enabling homestay inns to give a full paly of rural revitalization in rural economy,society,culture and ecological environment.The paper also makes a comparative study on two typical cases of the symbiotic development of rural homestay inns and local community to offer experience for the symbiosis development of rural homestay inn industry.
