摘要
目的探讨手术室与住院部联合护理对膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生电切术患者疼痛程度及不良情绪的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2020年4月间上海市闵行区中心医院收治的286例行经尿道电切术的膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组143例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上行手术室与住院部联合护理干预,比较两组患者疼痛程度、不良情绪、生活质量及复发率。结果干预后,两组患者疼痛评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。干预后,两组患者不良情绪评分均较干预前下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。干预后,两组患者生活质量各项评分与总评分均较干预前提高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。对照组患者术后2月内复发11例(7.7%),观察组患者复发4例(2.8%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论手术室与住院部联合护理干预能减轻患者疼痛程度,消除焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高其总体生活质量,降低术后复发率。
Objective To investigate the effects of combination of operating room and inpatient nursing on pain degree and adverse psychological status in patients undergoing transurethral electro resection for bladder tumor and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 286 patients with bladder tumor complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral resection of prostate at Shanghai Minhang District Central Hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were enrolled,and they were categorized into an observation group and a control group using random number table methods with 143 patients each. The observation group received routine nursing combined with operating room nursing and inpatient nursing. The control group received routine nursing. The scores of pain,negative emotions and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,pain scores decreased in both groups compared with before the intervention with the observation group lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). After the intervention,scores of negative emotions decreased in both groups compared with before the intervention with the observation group lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Moreover,scores quality of life increased in both groups compared with before the intervention with the observation group higher than the control group( all P < 0. 05). Recurrence occurred in 4( 2. 8 %) patients in the observation group and 11( 7. 7 %) patients in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Combination of operating room and inpatient nursing can effectively alleviate pain and negative psychological status,improve quality of life and reduce postoperative recurrence rate in patients with bladder tumor complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral electro resection.
