摘要
目的调查野外作业女工生殖道感染状况并分析其危险因素。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月在华北石油管理局总医院妇科门诊进行健康检查的1187名野外作业女工进行生殖道感染筛查,并通过问卷调查发生感染的可能危险因素。判定感染者取阴道分泌物检测致病病原体。结果发放调查问卷1187份,收回有效问卷1160份,有效回收率97.7%。1160名女工共检出生殖道感染者289例,感染率24.91%。274例行阴道分泌物检查并检出病原体,感染类型以细菌性阴道病为主,单一病原体感染占比最高。未接受过生殖健康教育、性生活不使用避孕套、性伴侣数目≥2或共用盥洗设施是生殖道感染的独立危险因素。结论野外作业女工生殖道感染率较高,在女工中开展相关的生殖健康教育和改善作业工区的基本卫生状况,对减少女工生殖道感染发生率有一定的积极作用。
Objective To investigate the status of reproductive tract infections in female fieldworkers,analyze its risk factors.Methods Totally 1187 female fieldworkers who participated in physical examinations in Gynecology Department of General Hos-pital of North China Petroleum Administration from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected for reproductive tract infection screening,and the possible risk factors of infection were investigated by questionnaire survey.Vaginal secretions were detected to identify the causative agent in workers who have been infected.Results A total of 1187 questionnaires were issued,and 1160 valid questionnaires were collected,with the effective recovery rate was 97.7%.A total of 289 cases of reproductive tract infection were detected in 1160 fe male workers,with the infection rate of 24.91%.274 cases received the detection of vaginal secretions,and the pathogens were found.Bacterial vaginosis was the main type of infection,and the proportion of single pathogen infection was the highest.No reproductive health education,no condom used during sex,more than two sexual partners and sharing toilet facilities were independent risk factors for reproductive tract infection.Conclusion The rate of reproductive tract infection in female fieldwork is higher.Carrying out relevant reproductive health education among workers and improving the basic sanitary condi-tions in the working area have positive effects on reducing the incidence of reproductive tract infection in female fieldworkers.
