摘要
铝合金模板作为一种新型建筑材料已广泛运用于高层建筑施工中,同时,利用BIM技术对工程项目的设计施工过程进行分析优化已经成为当下建筑行业发展的趋势。本文通过利用BIM技术,对某工程项目铝合金模板安装进行深化分析,识别出模板施工过程中可能存在的问题以及可以优化的施工工艺。通过对本工程凸窗、门洞口过梁、墙垛、构造柱等部位的铝合金模板安装进行深化设计,提高了该项目的施工质量,缩短工期,减少施工难度。
As a new type of building material,aluminum alloy formwork has been widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings.At the same time,using BIM technology to analyze and optimize the design and construction process of engineering projects has become the current development trend of the construction industry.In this paper,by using BIM technology,a deep analysis of the installation of aluminum alloy formwork for an engineering project is carried out,and the possible problems in the formwork construction process and the optimized construction process are identified.Through the deepening design of the installation of aluminum alloy formwork in the bay window,door opening lintel,wall stack,structural column and other parts of the project,the construction quality of the project is improved,the construction period is shortened,and the construction difficulty is reduced.
